Anti Aging for severe illness of Covid-19 and Corona vaccines

This is my personal view that Anti Aging is a major factor in recovery from severe illness caused by coronaviruses and the side effects of coronavirus vaccines. This is from a slightly novel perspective.

Naturally, I think this is an important concept that is related to treatment methods.

Until two weeks ago, I had no such idea, and I am surprised that I have come to that conclusion myself. I got to this conclusion while studying ACE2 (angiotensin-converting enzyme II ), which is closely related to coronaviruses in the literature.

Since last year, I have been investigating physiological aging out of sheer curiosity. I was surprised to find out that there is a connection with it. And I was realized that there is no waste in life.

1. ACE2 count and age

It has been said that the number of ACE2 increases with age and that children and adolescents are not severely affected because their number is low. A search of the Internet did not turn up any literature that has significant data to support this conventional theory.

In contrast, I found the following literature.

PPLoSOne. 2020; 15(10):e0240647
PMID: 33112891 for the article “Bioinformatic characterization of angiotensin converting enzyme 2, the entry receptor for SARS-CoV-2”.

They conclude that age and gender are not significant contributors to the number of ACE2 in the lungs.

2. COVID-19 and Corona vaccine reduce the number of ACE2

When COVID-19 and Corona vaccines bind to ACE2 and lose their function, various symptoms occur. COVID-19 and Corona vaccines that bind to ACE2 are taken up by cells. Then, the ACE2 root is lost on the cell surface. The absolute number of ACE2 decreases.

3. Function of ACE2

ACE2 is an important enzyme in the body. It has important effects such as vasodilation, inhibition of hypertrophy, inhibition of fibrosis, inhibition of oxidation, and regeneration of blood vessels.

If ACE2 is not working, the lungs will have difficulty breathing, the heart will have decreased pumping capacity (hypotension), and myocardial infarction and heart failure will occur due to ischemia of the heart. These symptoms can lead directly to death.

It is clear that ACE2 plays an important function in recovery from illness. It is also clear that it is essential to increase the number of ACE2 in order to recover from diseases.

Why are children and adolescents less severely affected?

Let’s simplify this a bit by considering a case where a coronavirus is inhaled and infects the lungs.

1) The number of ACE2 has nothing to do with age, so whether you are young, middle-aged, or old, you have the same number of ACE2 in your lungs. The coronaviruses that enter the lungs bind to ACE2. The number of ACE2 bound is the same regardless of age.

2) The same number of ACE2s lose their function and symptoms appear in the same way. Both the coronavirus and ACE2 are then taken up by the cell. The entire ACE2 root is lost. The number of ACE2 is reduced.

3) The coronavirus creates an ACE2 deficiency. In the lungs, the decrease in vasodilation and inhibition of fibrosis creates dyspnea due to ischemia. When this worsens, pneumonia occurs. Then it turns out that recovery requires restoration of ACE2 count by regeneration of ACE2.

4) Immunity varies with age, but immunity targets the elimination of coronaviruses, which are foreign substances, and the elimination of infected cells. In addition, the excessive immune response (excessive cytokines) triggered by immunity targets basically the same things as immunity. Immunity does not work to regenerate ACE2 directly.

5) A healthy child will not have a significant fever even if infected with a coronavirus.
Think of the immune response as a chemical reaction in the body. Since they do not have significant fever, they do not show the active immune response characteristic of children.

From the above facts, we can see that the factors that affect the regeneration of ACE2 rather than immunity are the answer to why children and adolescents have less severe diseases.

From the figure in Fig. 1, the factors that affect the regeneration of ACE2 are related to cellular senescence. This is not to say that immunity is not necessary; immunity is necessary to eliminate coronaviruses or coronavirus vaccines, but anti aging, which promotes the regeneration of ACE2, is essential for recovery from severe disease.

The cheeks and skin of children and young people are pliable and plump. That is the evidence of young cells. It can be said that ACE2 regenerates quickly. Since the cells are not aging, recovery from the coronavirus is faster.

Children and adolescents have young cells, and it can be assumed that ACE2 regeneration is fast.

Summary

The major difference between influenza and coronaviruses is their binding to ACE2, and it is this effect on ACE2 that characterizes coronaviruses.

With this in mind, it is important to increase the regeneration of ACE2 in cells in order to recover from severe illnesses caused by coronaviruses and corona vaccines. It is not the immune response that has a major impact on this, but the factors involved in cellular senescence. Anti aging of the cells is important.

Ideas for Specific Therapies

The most effective way to restore ACE2 in cells is through energy stress, i.e., dietary energy restriction and carbohydrate restriction. To improve cellular senescence, I came up with metformin, a diabetic drug that increases the excretion of intracellular waste.

I will be doing a little more research on this in the future.
